Rent will start at $3,400 per month at these boutique apartments under construction in Eastover

Draper Place will include 47 units with two or three bedrooms. Size will range from 1,650 square feet to 2,200 square feet.

And they’ll be luxurious.

Each apartment will have two full bathrooms and a powder room and den. Sliding glass walls will lead to covered outdoor balconies with gas fireplaces.

Kitchens will include six-burner gas stoves with hoods and dry bars with wine fridges.

First move-ins are expected late in 2018.

The price tag will make Draper Place comparable to Uptown luxury apartments.

The Museum Tower apartments, for example, offer two-bedroom units that range from $3,070 per month to $6,750 per month.

Ascent Uptown is asking $3,000-plus for its two-bedroom units as well.
