Hounds Helping Houston
September 1 – 22 | Lucky Dog Bark & Brew Lake Norman & Charlotte | Free
Both Lucky Dog locations are looking to collect and items such as food, treats, litter, crates and beds to send to Houston in order to help the pets impacted by the hurricane, which is being called one of the largest disasters America has ever seen. They’ll be collecting items until Friday, September 22, when 10% of all bar sales will be donated and the truck will leave for Texas. See the full list of items here.

Woofstock 2017
September 16 | NoDa Brewing Company | 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. | $5
Vendors, rescues, a silent auction, food, drink and live music will all be on hand, thanks to Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love and Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue. Sponsors and vendors include NoDa Bark and Board, Pet Wants: The Urban Feed Store, Three Dog Bakery and Just Mutts. Your $5 donation gets you a free beer. Details.
