When Uptown’s “sexiest apartment building yet,” as deemed by Bob Nelson, the man in charge of construction, found its place in the skyline, everyone knew it would be a hit.

Residents have officially begun moving in and the building is at 10% occupancy so far with 26% of units pre-leased.

The units range from 472 to 1,384 square feet and start at $1,470 and offer amenities such as a Nest system, key fob entry, high ceilings and more.

But the penthouse-level amenity space is what sets Ascent apart.

The 32nd and 33rd floors of the building are dedicated solely to amenities for the residents to enjoy. These include an outdoor saltwater pool (named Hydra), a gym with a group fitness room and cool-down studio, a fire pit, a wine tasting table and wall of rentable wine lockers, two conference rooms, a sky lounge and more.
