Farm-to-table chain b.good will open its newest Charlotte location on Thursday.
The restaurant will be located at the corner of Church Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, at 400 South Tryon Street.
This is the sixth b.good location in North Carolina and the third in Charlotte — but this is the first one within 10 miles of the center city. The other two are in Ballantyne and Stonecrest.
B.good is dedicated to providing healthy, fast food. All meat and produce is sourced locally from the Carolinas.
All food will be prepared behind the counter in the open kitchen, so customers can watch.
Behind the registers, there will be local beers on tap, and wine will also be available.
The official ribbon cutting will take place at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday. Customers can purchase seasonal menu items, such as the watermelon and feta salad, grilled local corn and the Sal Bacado burger. Customer favorites, like the spicy avocado and lime bowl, will also be available.
