Across the Food Lion parking lot from Ed’s Tavern, you’ll find a large, good-looking building that’s about to give Dilworth a shot of coolness this summer — coffee, juice, yoga and pizza.

This brick building will house Inizio Pizza Napoletana, Not Just Coffee, Green Brothers Juice, Yoga One, BenchMark Physical Therapy, a dentistry group and a commercial real estate office.
The building is 100% leased and tenant opening dates vary from June to August depending on the upfit involved.

Construction on Inizio Pizza Napoletana and Yoga One is in its final stage, so look for these concepts to open first. My bet is June.
