BAKU’s Baikingu Brunch will take place on May 14 with menu items such as poached, cage-free eggs with pork belly and yuzu hollandaise, French toast with soy syrup and salmon teriyaki. The Ballantyne

Brunch, which will also have live entertainment, will include a full menu of seasonal entrées, seafood, salads, dessert and a free glass of champagne or a mimosa. May 14, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. $85 per person, $35 for children between the ages of 5 and 12. Reservations are required and can be made by phone at (704) 241-4100.
Brunch doesn’t have to be your endgame, though. Stop by for Mother’s Day Tea between May 10 and 13, 1 to 4 p.m., for a tea sandwiches, desserts and cocktails ($45 per person, $25 for children between the ages of 5 and 12).
The Golf Club and Spa at Ballantyne will also offer specials. Moms will play a round of golf for free (when a full paid adult round is purchased) and can unwind afterward with a body wrap, facial, manicure or pedicure ($40-$180). Reservations are required.

The upscale steakhouse will offer a selection of mimosas ($7 each) and a prix-fixe brunch menu with items like The Grille’s Lobster Frittata, bone-in dry aged New York strip with fried egg, pan-seared salmon and crème brûlée and espresso cake for dessert. A children’s menu will also be available with selections such as chicken fingers, French toast and scrambled eggs with cheese. See both menus in full here. Expect a carving station, mozzarella bar and selections from both hot and cold menus. Items include turkey-prosciutto meatballs, scrambled eggs with mascarpone cheese, baked stuffed French toast and panna cotta with fresh berries. See the full menu here.
