Three months after a damaging fire, construction on the townhomes across from Midnight Diner will soon begin again.
Progress on the community — called Central Living at Carson — stalled in November after a fire damaged several of the 11 units underway.
Builder David Weekly Homes tells the Agenda they have resubmitted permits for the three units that were damaged and will continue forward on the remaining units.
City records show that the company applied for permits to partially demolish the damaged townhomes last week.
The townhomes are expected to cost about $800,000.
