Neighborhood Theatre Tip: At a crowded show, there is often more room on the right side of the room by the wall than anywhere else. This area often doesn’t fill in all the way, so it’s not too tough to work your way up close to the front.

February 12: Hiss Golden Messenger, The Dead Tongues

North Carolina’s own Hiss Golden Messenger returns to Charlotte following the 2016 release of Heart Like a Levee.

Visulite Tip: If you don’t want to be on the floor, get to the venue early and post up at a tall table on the second level for the best sightlines of any Charlotte venue.

February 21: Shovels & Rope, John Moreland

The husband and wife duo play passionate, emotional folk music.

February 24: Cherub, The Floozies

The electronic duo exploded with the hit, Doses & Mimosas, a few years back.

Location: The Fillmore

February 25: Tab Benoit

One of the best blues musicians in the world returns to Charlotte after selling out the Double Door Inn in November.
