Charlotte has many options for cycling, and each studio has their own personality.
Cycling is a fitness activity that provides a killer lower body workout that will literally whoop your butt into shape. I love it.
Recently, I visited three Charlotte cycling studios: Cycle South, First Wind Cycling and Fitness, and Flywheel. Here are my thoughts on each.
