This Charlotte-based company has grown by focusing their efforts on quality and funky patterns you are hardpressed to find anywhere else.
Brad Christmann started Boldfoot Socks out of his house in 2014. The idea was born when he was just 9 years old, to create reversible socks. Although that idea still isn’t a reality, Christmann still started his local sock empire right out of grad school that factors in quality and design as two of its main driving forces.

Boldfoot’s socks are made with high quality cotton right here in the United States, in Philadelphia.
His socks feature colors and patterns that not only appeal to the yo-pro business man, but anyone who enjoys a peek of color at the cuff of their pants.
Besides the fun and unique patterns, each pair comes with three month sock insurance. Add that to the the list of things you didn’t know you needed or wanted.
Boldfoot Socks are so durable, they’ve only replaced 10 pairs of socks out of the 20,000 they’ve sold over the past two years. This dedication to quality is something you rarely see in a category that’s typically known to be low quality and price, but important in a local small business such as Boldfoot.

Boldfoot Socks gives back 5 percent of profits to United States military veterans, adding to their inherently patriotic mission across the board.

The future is “literally” bright for Boldfoot, as 2017 promises new patterns and categories for this local sock company.
Christmann assured more socks for women (he currently offers compression socks for females) in the form of athletic and boot socks, and extended sizes for both genders.
