Which Wich now offers delivery, but it’s not Jimmy John’s level

Which Wich recently rolled out delivery at the following Charlotte locations: Park Towne Village, Metropolitan, Blakeney, Matthews, and Ballantyne (Rivergate and Birkdale Village coming soon).
There is no minimum order for delivery and Which Wich now offers online ordering (web and app).
Delivery time varies based on location, but it is typically between 15-30 minutes. We ordered a sandwich at 2:03 p.m. and it arrived at 2:27 p.m.
Currently, delivery is outsourced to food delivery partners (our sandwich was delivered via Postmates), but a manager told me that they could bring this in-house (like competitor Jimmy John’s within a month or so). Interestingly enough, the Postmates delivery person had no idea that the order had come through whichwich.com.
The delivery charge for our sandwich was $6.50. Whichwich.com, describes the fee: “We use multiple providers to find you the most efficient delivery option. Delivery charges reflect current availability and may change.”

“Which Wich is all about creating a custom experience for our guests” a Which Wich company representative told the Agenda. “Fans of the brand know they can customize to make something truly craveable and unique to Which Wich and we are making the same distinction with delivery.”
I’m a huge Which Wich fan (tasty sandwiches with good UX) and I’m also a fan of our local Which Wich franchisee Grant Alexander.
While I would describe the current delivery service as undifferentiated and expensive, I believe you’ll see Jimmy John’s level delivery innovation over the next year.
