Burtons Grill & Bar will open Tuesday, November 1 in Park Road Shopping Center where Monkey Joe’s used to stand.
It’s the company’s 13th location since its start in 2005.
General Manager Vinnie Delillo describes Burtons as “polished casual American cuisine.” They locally source their produce, never use frozen seafood, and cut all of their meats in-house. Everything is made from scratch, including desserts and cocktails.

The concept is also very aware of food allergies. Be prepared for your server to ask if you have any dietary restrictions, and then be wow’ed by their separate gluten-free and paleo menus. They even have three separate fryers, so if you’re allergic to seafood, you can eat your French fries in peace.
The chef will also be whipping up special dishes on a whim in his woodstone oven, which will be available on a separate menu.

The real winner here will be the bar that seats 40 people, where you can sip on wine, local beer, craft cocktails, and hand-crafted sodas while watching one of many TVs.

Or, you can sit on the covered patio and do the same.

Burtons menu includes your usual categories (appetizers, entrées, sandwiches, etc.) plus hand-cut filet mignon and NY strip.
Parents: they have a really cool kid’s menu called “{B} Choosy” where you can piece together a nutritious meal for your young one.

Last but certainly not least, bottles of wine are half-off on Wednesdays (even during lunch.)
