Uptown’s Mandrake restaurant has closed. Mexican restaurant will take its place.

A new management company has taken over the location.

I spoke with one of the new owners and he told me that they’re gutting the entire restaurant and launching a cantina style Mexican restaurant.

The goal is for the Mexican restaurant to open at the end of Novemeber, but there’s still a ton of work to be done.
