Phil’s Deli Express is now open in Uptown’s Lata Arcade. Hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and Panthers Game Days – breakfast, lunch, catering and deliveries.

I love Phil.

I’ve dined at Phil’s Deli II in the Strawberry Hill Shopping Center. It’s old school in the best way. Phil’s has been in the Charlotte restaurant business for over 36 years. The following is real and loyal.
