Eastover is the fanciest neighborhood in Charlotte. And it’s about the get some brand new fancy condos that only investment bankers, lawyers, doctors, titans of business and digital newsletter moguls can afford.

A 6-unit luxury condo complex named Kenwood Cottage Place is currently being built in the heart of Eastover. Units are priced from $1,575,000 to $1,725,000.

These six units will range from 3,427 to 3,702 square feet (3 or 4 bedrooms) and are expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2017. They’re gorgeous. It’s like a South End apartment, but the exact opposite.
