Summer selling season is in high gear, and if you’re like most Charlotte buyers, you’ll probably be guided by two main factors: price and neighborhood.
We’re helping you get a sense of your options and acting as your real estate guide. This is part 2 of 4, with homes in ranging from $201,000 to $300,000.* That’s the most common range for sales in Mecklenburg County — the median home sale in June was $234,000, according to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.

Myers Park/Eastover
Even at a slightly higher price, you’ll be looking for a condo in this upscale neighborhood if this is your budget.
$239,000 — 2810 Selwyn Ave., Unit 314
1 bed, 1 bath condo (750 square feet)

NoDa
Just like Myers Park, you’ll be looking for a condo if you want to be in NoDa proper in this price range. Even this unit that’s available is outside the core of what’s considered NoDa.
$223,500 — 2338 Yadkin Ave., #202
2 bed, 2 bath condo (1,174 square feet)
