IOS Greek Kitchen closed its doors at the EpiCentre temporarily in December of 2015 and then, later, permanently.

Construction on the space across from the Red Eye Diner has been happening for a while. What was coming to the space has been kept under wraps, though it’s looking like we have our answer, thanks to a sign that went up this week: Coaltrane’s Char Grill.

Coaltrane’s Char Grill is taking IOS Greek Kitchen’s place in the EpiCentre (across from Red Eye Diner). No word on menu, hours, etc. yet.

No word on, well, anything.

Building permits don’t turn up, Google yields no results and if Coaltrane’s has social media, they’ve kept it hidden extremely well. This means that we have no word on cuisine, opening dates, prices, etc. – it looks like we’ll be finding out exactly what they want us to know when they want us to know it. Representatives for the EpiCentre and leasing agency were unavailable for comment.

The name is awesome, though.
