Not Just Coffee’s newest location is set to open within the week inside HQ Charlotte at Packard Place.
The third location in the NJC lineup adds street front visibility on a highly trafficked block of South Church Street near Romare Bearden Park and Knights Stadium.

The new standalone cafe is a departure from the brand’s two other in-market vendor locations at 7th Street Public Market and Atherton Market.
They’ve also got a pop-up espresso counter at Tabor, a men’s clothing boutique on Providence Road.

Health code limitations at the other locations stifle some of NJC’s menu flexibility. Here, they’ll be able to experiment with their own food creations prepared in house.
In addition to its espresso, cold brew and tea offerings, NJC will be rolling out a brand new limited food menu featuring yogurt parfaits ($6.50), avocado toast ($6), cinnamon toast ($5.50), bruleed grapefruit halves ($5) and more.

Although located inside the lobby of HQ Charlotte at Packard Place, co-owner James Yoder says the cafe will be able to operate under its own independent hours, opening earlier and closing later than the rest of the building.

They’re wrapping up finishing touches and final inspections and expect to be open within the week.
Until then, stay woke, Charlotte. Not Just Coffee HQ at Packard Place is located at 222 S. Church Street.
