2 upcoming Charlotte fashion weeks you’ll want to attend

Charlotte has a pretty vibrant fashion scene and if you’re not on the inside, you may never know it.

There are fashion week events all over the world that bring together designers in one week and one city. These cities are taken over by industry people, designers, bloggers, photographers and fashion-lovers to celebrate the industry and have a glimpse into upcoming seasons.

The fact that Charlotte has multiple shows throughout the year gives us a chance to appreciate the designers that call Charlotte home and for foreign designers to show to a new, potentially untapped audience.

For being such a banking and corporate heavy town, we tend to forget the creatives that work just as hard and find passion amongst the office buildings that line uptown and corporate centers trickled throughout Charlotte.

Giving different genres of fashion their own week means that we understand and are ready to put focus on those who chose to chase creativity.

Here are two fashion weeks coming up in the next 12 days.
