131 Main on East Boulevard has been closed since an April fire.
The restaurant has told people since then that they are closed indefinitely. It is now apparent that they’ll be done in this location.
The property owner is now looking for a new tenant.
131 Main used to own the location but sold to an investment firm for $2.7 million last July, according to property records. The restaurant had been leasing back the space.
Adam Williams with Legacy CRE is heading the search for a new location. The space is nearly 11,000 square feet and it could be divided into two locations, according to marketing materials.

No word on whether 131 Main will find a new spot in Dilworth.
The restaurant said they were still reviewing options and would likely share information in a few months.
