LOOM will be a shared office space for professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, etc. in downtown Fort Mill. Expected opening in June.

The location should be locked down this week. Will be steps from Main Street and in line of sight of Hobo’s.

Membership options will include full-time flex space or a dedicated desk. You can also buy packs of day passes.

No private offices at this point, but will be a possibility of Loom expands.
Jennifer Belk is behind the whole thing. She has a background in commercial interior design.
She also has worked from home (or really Starbucks) for a while. And she’s close with the guys who run Advent Coworking in Charlotte.
