Best restaurant row trifecta? The Elizabeth Strip vs. The Dilworth 3

There are two small pockets in town that each contain three of Charlotte’s top 25 restaurants within 60 yards of each other.

The Elizabeth Strip restaurant row trifecta – Customshop, Carpe Diem and Passion8. They’re all legit.

The Elizabeth Strip allows you to create killer pre-dinner drink, dinner, post-dinner drink combos. You can park once and stay on the strip. 

And, I didn’t even factor in Viva Chicken, Elizabeth Creamery and Earl’s. Most remarkable item? Carpe Diem’s Fried Chicken. If you haven’t eaten this, slap yourself.

But now, there’s a new restaurant row trifecta in town – The Dilworth 3 – Summit Room, Kid Cashew and BABALU. Also legit.

Like Elizabeth, Dilworth now has three of Charlotte’s top restaurants within 60 yards of each other. BABALU is being built right now and opens this summer.

The Dilworth 3 allows you to create killer pre-dinner patio drink, tapas style dinner and post-dinner craft cocktail combos.

And, I didn’t even factor in Lebowski’s, Showmars or JJ’s Red Hots. Most remarkable item? Kid Cashew’s Breast Milk house craft cocktail. Drink up.

Winner? Take your Disney trolley and go home Elizabeth Strip – The Dilworth 3 will become Charlotte’s #1 restaurant row trifecta.

Why? Patios and tapas style. Summit Room, Kid Cashew and BABALU all have amazing patios. These restaurants allow for differentiated experiences and socialization. Nerd speak for: You’re going to want to hang out here with your friends, often.
