You may have noticed Hart’s Soda Shop slowly rolling out its launch at pop-up events over the last year. They’ve bounced around to VTGCLT Winter Market, JJ’s Red Hots Sausagefest and The Daily Press but soon they’ll be debuting their own mobile home base in the form of a tricked out 1971 Volkswagen bus.

The Hart’s Soda Bus is a retro 50’s soda shop on wheels. Check out the before and after.
Hart’s announced plans to convert the bus into a soda shop back in October and they’ve been posting progress updates along the way.

They’ll be serving up a menu of handcrafted sodas, floats and sundaes.
Sodas include classic flavors like cream and root beer as well as fresh new twists like blueberry basil, cherry ginger and pumpkin spiced chai. Pair their sodas with a scoop of locally made vanilla ice cream for a float or try one of five sundaes. See the full menu here.

Everything is made with fresh, whole ingredients.
Check out the real vanilla beans for the cream soda and the strawberries for the strawberries and cream soda.
