One Life Raw Juice Bar opens today in Myers Park, look inside

One Life Raw Juice Bar opens the doors to their Myers Park full service, organic raw vegan superfood juice bar today.

Fast facts

• Hours are Monday to Friday  7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Focus on superfood smoothies.
• Food items will be tapas style.
• Menu is being currently being tweaked, but will include items like raw vegan sushi and pizza bites.
• Grand opening party will be held on March 1.
• Owners are Tameyka Rustin and Johnny Foster. Tameyka described their goals as a movement, and I loved that she discussed educating people on healthy eating. Her one piece of advice that stuck out to me was: “Make a healthy choice, each day.” Love it.
