The answer ultimately depends on your body type and goals. 30 year old overweight female with a primary goal of dropping body fat and regaining health? Look to the meal on the left – clean & lean turkey bacon, egg white omelette with a side of raspberries. 30 year old skinny male with a primary goal of adding lean body mass? The plate on the right is more inline with your goals – lots of calories, eggs, bacon and starchy sides. Neighborhood: Dilworth

Favorite business spot for: Real estate developers, Charlotte city leadership and young professionals (I hate the term young professionals, but I just used it). Lots of button downs with blazers, no tie. Fun to see young healthcare professionals drinking a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa (after their shift) next to big time real estate developers.

Agenda pro tip: Say hi to Assistant City Manager Hyong Yi (it’s his go-to Friday spot). I still refuse to call this place Famous Toastery, it’s Toast.

Neighborhood: Midtown

Favorite business spot for: City leaders, old Charlotte money. We heard it’s a favorite of Pat Rogers (leader of Rogers Builders).

Agenda pro tip: Get the three pancakes as a side. Don’t chicken out.

Favorite business spot for: Startup people pretending that they’re in San Francisco trying to start the next “Red Ventures in Charlotte.” Also, good amount of wealthy Myers Park people discussing lifestyle businesses.

Agenda pro tip: The coffee mugs don’t have handles. Get over it, it’s European.

Agenda pro tip: Get the Pure Intentions coffee. Give the quiche a shot, it’s tastier than you think.
