Bruce-Julian-Selwyn
The other day a friend told me that he leaves Charlotte to go shopping, because he can never find pieces to fit his wardrobe in the area. I thought he was actually insane because of the standup selection of local men’s shopping, on top of great chains that carry wide selections of both casual and dressy options. So, here is a list for all of those fashion savvy men, or those looking to up their clothing game.
(1) Belk’s Ralph Lauren Department
Polo RL is popular no matter which way you look at it. The associates who work in this department are insanely knowledgeable and stylish, which rubs off on everyone who shops there.
(2) Silverfly

Now with two locations in Charlotte (SILVERFLY at the Met and SILVERFLY Sport in South End), this brand is extremely cool and a great option for shopping local.

It’s hard not to argue how important J.Crew has been to menswear. Slimming suiting, cozy flannels and great denim. You can visit the SouthPark location for a J.Crew store and the new outlets for a J. Crew Factory.
