Joe showed up for Pigeons Playing Ping Pong at the Rabbit Hole last week, but never ended up putting on the pigeon costume. Bummer. Maybe he’ll do it another time. Maybe he’ll show up at the Rabbit Hole tomorrow.
Times listed are when the show is scheduled to start, not when the doors are opened. Unless otherwise noted, prices are before taxes and fees.
Agenda Picks
- Wednesday 10/21: McLovins, Aqueous; Rabbit Hole, 9 p.m., $8-$10. McLovins just released a self-titled album and swing through Charlotte on their fall tour, which included a date with Perpetual Groove at Brooklyn Bowl. The funky, soulful jam act appears with Aqueous. Should be a lot of energy at the Rabbit Hole.
- Friday 10/23: Hardsoul Poets, The Feeds, Leisure McCorkle; Visulite Theatre, 8:30 p.m., $15-$17. Hardsoul Poets, out of Wingate, got big in the Southeast in the late 80’s, and are releasing their first album in 22 years this December. Get a sneak peek at the album and Friday’s show with the preview below.
