Looking for a different football-viewing experience this season? Me neither! But I’m going to tell you about it anyway because the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel has you sports fans covered… by poolside cabanas.

The hotel is opening up its private pool for public NFL viewing parties every Monday night this season.

Assuming the weather clears up at some point, this sounds like a pretty solid way to spend an otherwise uneventful weekday night. Even if it does keep raining for the rest of eternity, the bar is indoor/outdoor so you can seek shelter and still catch the game.
Fast Facts
- Sam Adams is sponsoring the event so they’ve got $4 Oktoberfest drafts and $20 6-bottle buckets.
- Small plate specials are available all day from the Social Bar & Kitchen.
- The game will be displayed on four big screens and a projector.
- The event takes place every Monday with the exception of three dates booked for private events. Check the hotel’s Facebook event page for the full schedule.

- The next event is Monday, October 5 and they’ll run until December 28.
- You can’t actually swim in the pool, but you can hang out in the cabanas. Please don’t show up in full speedo (but if you do, tag all photos #cltagenda).
