• Founded in 2002 by Patty Comer and Amy Pack. Their first office was in South End (near where the Lowe’s and Chipotle are currently located). I briefly chit chatted with Patty and Amy – they struck me as driven, intelligent and in the know on all things Charlotte.

• In 2015, AccruePartners landed on the Inc 5000 list for the 7th year. Revenue grew to $21 million in 2014.
• AccruePartners serves all Charlotte and regional companies with a focus on middle-market companies. They offer professional service staffing for temporary and long-term contracts in eight different business disciplines including: Accounting and Finance, IT, Engineering, HR, Marketing, Financial Services, Alternative Investments and Office Support.
• Their office location is perfect for Panthers tailgating and they do plan on bringing out an 18′ smoker on game days for clients and candidates.
• The Boxer Building (AccruePartners occupies the entire top floor) was renovated to serve as professional office space in 2000 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
• The building was built in 1927 to serve as a warehouse and “was used by the Karl Boxer Textile Machinery Company for storage and distribution of textile machinery. Other previous owners include the Ford Motor Company.”
• AccruePartners also offers yoga and boot camps before and/or after work in the lobby for internal staff.

• Conference rooms have references to Patty & Amy’s personal and professional lives. For example, there is a conference room named “PandA” and another named “Harling” which is a combination of both of their son’s names (Harlan and Kipling).
