New restaurant coming to South End next to Sycamore Brewing

Argos Real Estate Advisors announced an undisclosed buyer has purchased 2,500 square feet of space to open a new South End restaurant that includes Hawkins Street frontage for a patio. The space, located at 2173 Hawkins Street, is next door to Sycamore Brewing.

According to a press release from Argos, the restaurant will be open for dinner throughout the week and breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekends.

He also hopes the announcement will encourage other retailers to consider the area.
