Christmas in July at Romare Bearden Park: Celebrate Christmas in July at this family friendly food truck rally and movie screening put on by Charlotte Center City Partners and the Charlotte Ballet. Event will feature a tropical Santa, characters from the Nutcracker, food trucks and a screening of the movie Elf. Friday, July 24; Event begins at 5pm, movie screening at 8:45pm. Free.
24 Hours of Booty: If you’re not one of the 1,200 people riding in this event that raises money to fight cancer, come out and support all of the bikers as they cruise the Booty Loop in Myers Park. Friday, 6/24 at 7pm until Saturday at 7pm.
