Park Road Shopping Center: Chop’t and Juice Bar now under construction, set target open date range

Chop’t Update

Chop’t is under construction and when I grilled their corporate team, they responded: “Right now looking at late August, early September.” Charlotte has so much pent-up Chop’t love from DC and NYC transplants – this place is going to explode. Location is between LALA Girl and Charlotte Cafe (on the Harry Teeter side of the shopping center). View menu. For Chop’t newbies, their corporate fat cats told me “We have a list of ‘first time favorites’ for new Chop’t customers which includes our Santa Fe, Mexican Caesar and Mexicali Vegan salads.”

Juice Bar Update

Juice Bar is under construction and owner Erin told me that this location is “Due to open early September. I don’t have a specific date yet.” The Juice Bar menu features juices ($5.50-7.50), smoothies ($5.50-11.75), essential oil shots ($3) and juice cleanses ($33/day). They’re also big into mason jars. Location is between Subway and Bruegger’s (on the Michael’s side of the shopping center).
