Not in the mood to wrangle a raw turkey this Thanksgiving? We've got you covered.
Why it matters: Between football, family chaos, and the existential worry over whether the bird is actually thawed, sometimes outsourcing dinner is the real holiday miracle.
State of play: A handful of Boulder restaurants are keeping their lights on for the big day — many with special menus and buffets.
- And yes, plenty of places will box it up so you don't have to open your oven at all.
- Pro tip: You're definitely not the only one worried about burning the ham. Book early.
Feast your eyes:
🍗 Hotel Boulderado: Enjoy a seasonal buffet and dessert spread from 11am-4pm. $85 for adults, $40 for children 5 and older.
🍖 Chautauqua Dining Hall: Dine in or grab a full meal to go. $64 per adult, $32 per child in-house. To-go meals are $215 or $340.
🥩 Greenbriar Inn: A robust buffet with chef-carved turkey and prime rib, salmon, classic sides, appetizers, soups and desserts. Seatings are from 11:30am-6pm. $80 per adult, $42 for kids 3-12.
🍠 St. Julien Hotel: Thanksgiving brunch buffet is in the Xanadu Ballroom, and a three-course prix fixe dinner is at Jill's Restaurant & Bistro.
🍽️ Dish Gourmet: The Pearl Street deli offers turkey every which way — or you can get "the whole shebang," a fully premade Thanksgiving meal with sides. Pies are available, too.
🥧 The Post: All five locations are taking preorders for $35 whole pies — with apple, bourbon molasses toasted pecan, and salted maple pumpkin — for pickup Wednesday.
