Trump's new econ advisor wants role in immigration discussions

Larry Kudlow wants the National Economic Council to play a role in immigration policy.
- Kudlow was tapped today by President Trump to lead the NEC, succeeding Gary Cohn.
He told CNBC's Eamon Javers that immigration is an economic issue for the country, and that he shares Trump's general positions on immigration.
