Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin (R) is set to face off against state Attorney General Andy Beshear (D) on Nov. 5, after the pair won their parties' nominations Tuesday night.

Details: President Trump congratulated Bevin, saying he's "doing a fantastic job." Bevin only won 1 out of every 2 Republican votes after 3 GOP opponents challenged him, WKYT reports.
