Broward County seeks death penalty for Parkland school shooter

Broward County prosecutor Michael J. Satz announced his intent to seek the death penalty in the case against Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz, reports the AP. Cruz has been charged with 17 counts of premeditated murder and is currently being held without bail.
