Driving the news: This new tech is led by AT&T's new immersive AI activation called Connectopia.

• The company says the world-building experience is the first real-time, large-scale installation of AI generative media.

How it works: Fans walk up to a 75-inch touchscreen and design their own unique digital district, guided by intuitive AI prompts.

• After their personalized world is brought to life on screen, guests can tour their creation by viewing a 30-second 8K cinematic shareable video.
• Their creation remains in the virtual ecosystem and future visitors can build on top of it.

Hanna says this technology helps add to "what is possible" when fans flock to an arena.

This activation is just the latest addition to an award-winning, $2 billion arena with a variety of high-tech features.

• These include cellphone chargers at every seat, biometrics for ticketing and concessions, and a new program that will gamify cheering.

What's next: Fans attending Friday night's game against the Phoenix Suns will be the first to experience AT&T Connectopia.
