Driving the news: Mill's former girlfriend, Lindsay Langston, sought the order, which centers on allegations that Mills threatened to release "revenge porn" of Langston and bars Mills from contacting her.

• House Democrats have also filed multiple censure resolutions against Mills in recent months, citing allegations of domestic abuse, stolen valor and financial misconduct, all of which Mills denies.

What they're saying: New York Republican Rep. Nick LaLota told Axios Tuesday that he has "faith and confidence" that the Ethics Committee will review the matter.
