Sen. Murkowski on big beautiful bill: "This has been an awful process"

• Though it was unclear how Murkowski planned to vote on the bill, she ended up supporting it after multiple rounds of overnight negotiations.
• Murkowski said Tuesday it was "agonizing" to vote for the mega bill. "Did I get everything I wanted? Absolutely not," she said, according to Politico.

Flashback: Murkowski has criticized the political process before. In late June, the Alaska Republican made clear that she thought the Senate was rushing Trump's budget bill, adding that were colleagues are "afraid" of conference negotiations.
