Lil Wayne is going on tour, kicking off with his first headline show at Madison Square Garden on Friday.
The big picture: The North American tour begins the same day his newest album "Tha Carter VI" drops.
- The tour, which also celebrates over 20 years of "Tha Carter," will feature special guests Tyga, Belly Gang Kushington and NoCap on select dates.
Yes, but: The dates announced on Tuesday did not include a show in Wayne's hometown of New Orleans.
