Super Bowl ticket prices lower than last year

By the numbers: The "get-in" price has come down more than $1,500 since the matchup was set.

• It's currently $4,192 after initially being set at $5,756, according to TickPick.
• This time last year was $6,784.

Flashback: These are the average resale ticket prices for the past three Super Bowls (five days from the event, including fees), according to SeatGeek:

• Super Bowl 58 (2/11/2024), Las Vegas — $11,262
• Super Bowl 57 (2/12/23), Glendale, Arizona — $8,413
• Super Bowl 56 (2/13/22), Los Angeles — $9,669

Buyers from Kansas and Missouri are outpacing the number of tickets sold at this time in 2023, when the Chiefs and Eagles faced off in Super Bowl LVII, by 85%, and Pennsylvania buyers are up nearly 35%, according to StubHub.
