More than 10 Super Bowl ad spots sold for a whopping $8 million each this year, CNBC reported.
The big picture: Fox has sold out of ad inventory for the game on Feb. 9 between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
"When it became clear that open spots were dwindling, the price of each unit stepped up," according to CNBC.
