What we're watching: A documentary about changing the way companies hire, a series about the "Satanic Panic" and a new season of "Shrinking."
"Untapped: Closing America's Opportunity Gap" available now on Netflix
State of play: This documentary discusses what a "qualified" candidate looks like through the lens of six young adults trying to get internships at Fortune 500 companies.
The vibe: The film includes commentary from billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban and CEOs including Maverick Carter, Mary Barra, Jamie Dimon, Doug McMillon and Carl Eschenbach.
"Hysteria!" available Friday on Peacock
The intrigue: Julie Bowen ("Modern Family") and Anna Camp ("Pitch Perfect") star in this series about a high school heavy metal band whose members are targeted by their community during the "Satanic Panic" of the late '80s.
"Shrinking" season 2 available now on Apple TV+
Behind the scenes: Co-executive producer and "Ted Lasso" star Brett Goldstein will appear in a secret guest role.

- In her directorial debut, Anna Kendrick also stars in this film based on the story of Rodney Alcala, the serial killer who appeared on "The Dating Game" in 1978. Available Friday

- Travis Kelce hosts this revamp of "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" featuring stars including Nikki Glaser, Nicole Byer, Chad Ochocinco and Garcelle Beauvais. Available now

- This season is based on the fifth novel in "The Lincoln Lawyer" series by Michael Connelly. Available now
"Beyond Black Beauty" on Prime Video
- Kaya Coleman stars as Jolie, a young equestrian whose Olympic dreams are dashed when her mother moves them from Belgium to Baltimore. Jolie's outlook changes when she eventually bonds with a horse named Black Beauty. Available now
