Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been charged with three felony counts in a federal indictment unsealed Tuesday following an investigation into sex trafficking allegations against the music mogul.

The big picture: Prosecutors charged Combs with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs created a "criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in" crimes such as "sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice," prosecutors wrote in the indictment.
Combs was arrested Monday evening. He has denied all allegations of wrongdoing to date.
His lawyer told reporters Tuesday that Combs intends to plead not guilty, CNN reported.
