"Simone Biles Rising" available now on Netflix
The intrigue: This docuseries revisits Biles' unexpected departure from the 2020 Olympics, her journey to improve her mental health and her preparation for the Paris games.
Fun fact: At 27, Biles is the oldest female American gymnast to qualify for the Olympics since the 1950s.
"Cobra Kai" season 6 part 1 available now on Netflix
State of play: Senseis Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence and their students must decide if and how they will compete in the world championships of karate.
What's next: Part 2 premieres Nov. 28 and the series finale will air in 2025.
