Sabrina Carpenter will be "working late ('cause she's a singer)" this fall.
Driving the news: The "Espresso" singer announced Thursday that her North American arena tour "Short n' Sweet" kicks off Sept. 23.
State of play: Carpenter, 25, has seen her fame catapult recently, as she opened for Taylor Swift in a series of Eras Tour shows, performed at Coachella this spring and appeared as the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live."
- She makes Billboard Hot 100 history this week with two simultaneous top-three hits — "Please Please Please" at No. 2 and "Espresso" at No. 3.
The latest: The singer-songwriter will fill in for Tyler, The Creator at the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco in August, also announced Thursday.
What's next: Presale tickets go on sale 10am June 25 and general sale 10am June 28.
