Salesforce and C3 AI alum Cheryl Sanclemente has joined human resources platform Lattice as its first chief communications officer.
Why it matters: Sanclemente will lead corporate storytelling efforts as the company transitions from a startup to a more established AI-driven management platform.
Context: She will report to Lattice CEO Sarah Franklin, who succeeded founder Jack Altman when he became executive chairman in December.
- Sanclemente will oversee the global communications team, including internal and external communications, community relations, and executive engagement programs.
What she's saying: "Companies are seeking AI-powered technology that can help them make the most of their talent and shape their future of work. And great communications and storytelling is at the epicenter of this next chapter," she told Axios.
