Carlos Ghosn voted out of Nissan board by shareholders

Nissan shareholders on Monday voted to remove from the board the company's former chairman Carlos Ghosn, who faces financial misconduct charges in Japan, the AP first reported.

Details: The extraordinary shareholders' meeting in Tokyo was the first such gathering since the 65-year-old was first arrested in November. During the meeting, shareholders voted to remove the U.S. representative director Greg Kelly, who also faces charges in Japan. Both deny any wrongdoing.
