Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro announced a 30-day electricity ration plan as nationwide power cuts continued and protesters set up burning barricades near the presidential palace in Caracas Sunday.
Details: Maduro said in a televised address the move would help combat the blackouts, which have caused water supplies and communications to be cut off, according to the AP.
