Beto doubles down on climate change in 2020 campaign launch video

Why it matters: If that "perhaps most importantly" part translates into heavy emphasis on the stump, it will be another sign that global warming is no longer a second-tier topic in national politics. But we'll see.
The big question: O'Rourke has said he is "supportive of the concept" of the Green New Deal and that it is "the best proposal" he has seen to address climate change.
